We are a father - son team with over 40 years of experience in building. Eric, Jr. is a certified building official for the State of Massachusetts and is familiar with building codes. Eric III is a licensed Mass. Construction Supervisor (Lic.# CS72868) and a licensed Mass. Home Improvement Contractor (Lic# 144353). We both have built many types of homes and several different types of log homes. We loved Ward Cedar Log Homes for their quality, ease of building and final beauty and thus decided to become representatives for Ward Cedar Log Homes serving four counties in Western Massachusetts – Berkshire, Hampden, Hampshire and Franklin counties.
