Here in Western Massachusetts. We have helped many customers design and build the home of their dreams. Our services include:

1. Free “basic sketch” design services

2. Free estimates and general cost estimating

3. Blueprints by Ward’s drafting and engineering department – most Ward Cedar Log Homes are custom designed at no extra charge.

4. Referrals to banks specializing in custom log homes.

5. Referrals to experienced log home builders.

6. Referrals to kitchen designers, carpenters, masons and other skilled craftsmen.

7. Visits to your site on a regular basis. We will be with you start to finish. In fact, our final commission payment is not made until a year after you have moved in and we make a final report as to your satisfaction.
